How do I reset my password?

Head to Account Settings → Security → Reset password. We'll email you a one-time link that expires after 30 minutes. Follow the link to set a new password (minimum 12 characters, one number, one symbol).

How do I cancel my subscription?

We do not recommend the general internal use of essential oils. Essential oils are highly concentrated and have the capacity to cause serious damage if used internally without the necessary expertise required in administering them. We do have customers who choose to use our oils internally.

How do I upgrade or downgrade my plan?

From Billing → Plan, pick a new tier. Upgrades take effect immediately with a pro-rated charge; downgrades apply at the end of your current billing cycle so you keep the paid features until then.

Can I export my data?

Yes — Reports & Data → Export lets you download everything as CSV or JSON. Exports over 100 MB are queued and emailed to you once the archive is ready.

Is my data backed up?

We snapshot every account nightly to two geographically-separate regions and retain backups for 30 days. Restore requests are handled by support within 4 business hours.
